2007 Teachers Day Only will be held in Term 3 August 23rd

Only 62% of the Compulsory Fees ( MATERIALS) have been paid so
far. Letters will be sent out.

jubilee medals left over, these will been given to the
honor students from 2006 (Ashley Narayan, Aimee

Anderson)as well as the two students whose art work graces
the front cover
of the Jubilee Recipe book (Ashley Naryan, Jenny Xie).

Some
parents have asked why we are selling or giving lollies for
prizes during
school hrs
via the camp stall. This was to be dealt with by the school

With the
hard fundraising the year 6 do for their camp it is important to know
if they need PTA help before the end of year.

Rachel is working on a profile of the PTA role within the school.
This
will be sent out to parents eg 58% of the school roll are Indian
ethnicity there is a need to ensure that these parents are informed by
school newsletters.

There is concern
over the group of people drinking in the rec ground when
school is let
out at 3 pm. There is an alcohol ban in the park and if anyone sees
drinking or any
other illegal activities going on specially when our students are
on their way
